PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Coordination of food processing and performance of responsibilities including scheduling, employee performance monitoring, overseeing manufacturing processes, solving technical issues, and training workers.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in food technology, food engineering, or business-related course.

  • With at least 1 year working experience in Food and Restaurant, Manufacturing and Distribution Industries

  • Knowledgeable in GMP and Food Safety, Lean Manufacturing Systems is an advantage

  • Possess good decision-making skills

  • Good in leadership and interpersonal skills

  • With a keen eye for details and a rational thinker

  • Process-oriented and result driven
