BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Assists the Business Development Manager in conducting Site Mapping to identify trade area and its activities and developments, competitors list, traffic generators, site ranking and prepare

Qualifications

Graduate of Engineering and Business courses
Experience in transacting with different government agencies (City Mayor’s Office, City Engineer, Office of the Building Official, City Assessor, DPWH, Registry of Deeds, etc. )
Real Estate experience is an advantage
Willing to travel within Northern Mindanao Areas
